The UK will get the Galaxy S 3 first then North America, Japan and Korea.

The newest Samsung phone will come in two flavors, Blue and White. GS3 weighs in at 133g (4.7 ounces) and 8.6mm thick, Sporting 1.4GHz Exynos 4 Quad processor with 1GB of RAM . Some new and interesting features from Samsung Phones like a Apple kinda Siri-like S Voice recognition feature that understands eight languages and can search for information, show you the weather forecast, organize family schedules. There's also Social Tag, which keeps track of the people close to you and recognizes the faces of your friends in your photos, this means when you take a photo it'll recognize who it is, so you can hit a Facebook button and it'll take you straight to their wall to upload. Cool stuff. Also the front camera would identify the user's eyes and will not go dark or lock as long as they were looking into the screen/camera.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 will be available in 145 countries with 296 mobile operators and the 3G handset will be launched on the 29th of May in Europe, the 30th of May in the UK, and the 4G will be arriving North America, Japan and Korea in June.

This is good news for Android users, as well as those with iOS handsets. They will now be able to search through the available apps to find the one they want, whether they are with O2, or any other network. This new facility is called the Yahoo App Search, and it will enable users to find descriptions of the apps, details of price and a screenshot for each one, so that they can make informed decisions.

Users will be able to search apps easily as the search engine will have a filtering option. There will also be separate tabs, including Top Paid, Top Free, Top Trending and Most Reviewed apps, giving users yet more options regarding to how to choose which apps to download. They will then be encouraged to give feedback, so that other users can see what their peers thought of specific apps, and refer to that when making decisions. This new facility will offer choice to both Android and iPhone users, and should prove to be very useful.

The Droid 4 will reportedly have Droid Razr styling and run on Verizon's 4G LTE network, but like the previous Droids, it will feature a five-row, slide-out keyboard. It will also sport a four-inch touch screen, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1 gigabyte of RAM, a front-facing camera for video chatting, and an 8MP back-facing camera.

There's no indication in the materials which Android version it will run, but if Droid Life's report is accurate, the new smartphone will launch the same day as Samsung's Galaxy Nexus, the new flagship phone for Google's Android 4.0, aka Ice Cream Sandwich.

A Motorola representative declined to comment, and Verizon representatives did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
